NORTHERN Liberties BID PLAN 

Welcome to Northern Liberties! We are currently working on many projects, including a rebranding of the neighborhood, trash clean ups, and a series of events for local business owners. BOARD ELECTIONS

JULY 24

The NLBID will hold its annual meeting and elections on Wednesday, July 24th from 6-8:30 pm at Keiran Timberlake - 841 N American St. 

The meeting will begin with a presentation on the BID's first year accomplishments and a look ahead to our next fiscal year plans.

Board seat terms are two years. We welcome non-board committee involvement as well.

These are the eligibility requirements for voting:

  • You must be present at the election to vote. We hope to have online voting at some point in the future, but for now you must be present

  • You must be a commercial property owner or a business owner within the BID boundaries

  • You must be paid up in full on the 2018 assessments that were billed in July 2018. Business owners - your landlords will need to be fully paid. Please verify with your landlord prior to attempting to vote.

  • One vote per property

  • One vote per business

  • No more than 5 votes for any one property owner

  • Owners of rented condos that are up to date on their assessments are eligible to vote

  • Please be prepared to show ID at the election in order to be given your ballot.
