Kevin Moran, Executive Director

Kevin Moran is an association and non-profit leader with an affinity for urban places. His experience includes developing research and policy agendas, providing corridor management services, advocating for healthy places and crafting strategic messaging to position urban districts as great places live, work and invest. Prior to joining the Northern Liberties Business Improvement District, Kevin served as the Executive Director of Fairmount Community Development Corporation and as the Marketing & Communications Manager at the International Downtown Association. He has a M.A. in Strategic Communication and B.S. in Business Administration, Marketing from Villanova University. In his free time, Kevin also teaches in Temple University’s Community Development program, explores Philly’s restaurant and beer scene by bike and enjoys traveling to new cities both near and far.
