I am currently a board and executive committee member of NLBID.

Qualifications and Assets:

I have been a resident and property owner in NL since 1977. I have experience in property development, have been involved on and off the board of the NLNA over those years, and have cultivated relationships with state and local gov”t officials. I know Northern Liberties as my home and Philadelphia as my city.

Priorities:  1) Economic Development, 2) Cleaning and Maintenance, and 3) Marketing and Promotions

Vision:  I want to see NL become more competitive in the marketplace of business and businesses among other neighborhoods and I will do whatever it takes to accomplish that goal. Over the many years I have been in NL I have demonstrated my ability to get things done and I will continue to do so.
