Summer of Meditation + Mindfulness

Join this FREE meditation workshop series on Wednesday evenings this Summer!

As we try to be more mindful of what’s really going in each moment, one moment of mindfulness can lead to another, and then another, and then another … Meditation is an important tool in helping us build up that momentum. Whether you are curious about meditation and mindfulness or have an established meditation practice, join us Wednesday nights in July and August as we come together to support each other in our practices. Each one hour session will have time for guided meditation, instruction, and Q & A. Over the course of the Summer, we’ll cover tools for being in your life fully, with an open hearted presence for every part of it.The eight drop in sessions are offered for free, and you are welcome to join us in person or virtually as few or an many times as you can.
