Yoga Storytime @ The NoLibs Farmer’s Market

Yoga storytime combines traditional yoga poses with read alouds of new and familiar children’s books. We will incorporate meditation, mindfulness, and breathing techniques to assist with management of emotions and self-soothing techniques. Props and music are also used along with movement to help build strength, flexibility, and coordination. Wear comfy clothes, bring a yoga mat and be ready to have some fun!
