Ann Lastuvka

Ann Lastuvka manages the BID’s day-to-day activities and coordinates mid-term projects and promotions.  Outside of the NLBID, Ann is the CEO/Founder of Virginia Belle Events, a non-profit management consulting firm, specializing in festival fundraisers and project management services for hyper-local community organizations. Before officially joining the NLBID, Ann was a contract consultant for the NLBID tasked with planning and executing the Second Saturday programming and was also the Assistant Festival Director for the 2019 2nd St Festival.

A current resident of South Philly, Ann thoroughly enjoys her time in Northern Liberties and can typically be found at Urban Village, Bourbon & Branch or Liberty Lands Park.
