Botanical Dyeing with Lucy Butler at Ray’s Reusables

Join Lucy at Ray’s Reusables on 5/14 for a fun and unique experience bundle dyeing with flowers and food wastes!  In this workshop, you will learn how to prepare a fiber for dyeing with natural dye stuffs, create a floral composition, and bundle and steam your fiber.  While you wait for your fibers to steam, enjoy a complimentary drink next door at Cantina Dos Segundos!

You will leave with a beautiful, one-of-a-kind silk scarf to wear in your hair, wear around your neck, use as wall artwork or gift to a friend.  Space is limited to 8 participants, so be sure to register early if you want to join us!
