Embodied Hypnosis

Hypnosis is a simple, rapid and effective way to relieve stress, build new habits and gain insights about life, relationships and work. Participators in this interactive workshop will learn how to use hypnosis in their lives by practicing self-hypnosis techniques, experiencing relaxing and insightful group hypnosis exercises and discovering numerous practical applications of key scientific research in neuroscience, physiology, embodied cognition, mindfulness and hypnosis. Participants are invited to bring goals or intentions to the workshop or to simply come to learn more about and experience the generative, restful and productive benefits of hypnosis.
