Northern Liberties Business Improvement District presents Northern Liberties Grand Opening Second Saturday spotlighting all the new businesses, restaurants and retailers that grand opened this year in Philly’s fastest growing neighborhood. Come out to meet and welcome all the new small business owners. Stroll the neighborhood and find some new gems for all your shopping, eating and drinking needs. Discover your new favorite store, and of course stop by some long-time neighborhood favorites while in the District too.
