Indigo Dye Vat and Shibori Workshop

Curious about indigo dyeing? This workshop is a great way to explore the original, all-natural blue dye.

Join Philly Dye Coop and Ray’s Reusables on Saturday, June 7 from 10 am – 12 pm for an intro to dyeing with Indigo.

You’ll bring your own clothing item or textile made from natural fiber and give it new life! We’ll guide you through playful shibori pattern techniques before dipping your piece into the indigo dye vat. Create your own one-of-a-kind piece by reserving your spot today!

$60 Full Workshop Ticket
Learn all about indigo dye and try out different shibori patterns prior to dyeing your own natural fiber item. Items will be scoured on-site to prepare them for dyeing.

$15-25 Drop-Off Only Ticket (Drop off tickets open Friday 5/30)
Can’t stay but want something dipped? Drop off your natural fiber item (see list of what we’re accepting) and we’ll dye it for you! 1 Drop-Off ticket = 1 item.

Large Items $25 (pants, sweaters, sweatshirts)
