Shedding the Past: Grand Re-Opening

Since taking over in November 2025, the new leadership team has worked tirelessly to transform the hospital’s culture. The re-opening theme, “Shedding the Past,” uses the symbolism of the snake to represent the hospital’s journey: leaving behind old reputations to make way for a vibrant, knowledgeable, and family-oriented team that treats every pet like their own.

Gourmet Eats: Featuring a special menu by Dahmere Merriweather, a standout contestant from the
hit TV show Hell’s Kitchen.
Live Entertainment: Music provided by DJ HBK, plus various surprises throughout the
afternoon.
Special Guests: Meet-and-greets with Boomer from the Trenton Thunder and 2nd Street’s very own Leroy, the HR Pug.
Prizes & Giveaways: Incredible items from partners, including Riot Nerd, Zenni Optical, Trenton Thunder, Josh’s Frogs, Royal Canin, and more.
