As a home owner and resident of Northern Liberties, I’m applying to serve on the NLBID Board of Directors for the 2025–2027 term with a deep commitment to advancing our neighborhood’s shared priorities while laying the foundation for what’s next. With this term concluding the current five-year plan, I see a unique opportunity—not only to help fulfill goals around safety, cleanliness, economic vitality, and placemaking—but to help shape a bold and innovative vision for the future.
While each of these priorities matters, I’ve seen the greatest progress in my career and community when we prioritize individuals and interactions over rigid processes, working systems over static documentation, and collaboration over negotiation. I aim to evolve the BID’s impact by fostering a scalable culture of transparency, alignment, and respect for people—one that delivers meaningful value to both businesses and residents while remaining responsive to change.
I bring experience in stakeholder engagement, cross-functional project coordination, data-informed strategy, and outcome-driven planning. If selected, I’ll work to help the BID close out its current strategic plan with integrity and impact—and contribute to defining what comes next through a culture of continuous improvement. Together, we’ll bridge community voices with organizational goals and deliver programs that create a visible, lasting difference.
